I believe in the power of affirmations from decades of working with them.
The power of positive thinking. "What we think and what we say is how unfolds the coming day."
What you project is what you are and what our life becomes.
Affirmations are built on a belief in the Divine—the belief that one is getting help in going forward with their life dreams.
A commitment to life and a passion and love of life are necessary ingredients to go forward on the Pathway that is our density.
You will now learn how to control the greatest problem in the world… worry.
Worry is an ordinary and heartfelt part of life being concerned about people we care for or personal situations that have a feeling of risk.
Worry is a type of fear. There is a profound psychological, spiritual, metaphysical, and magical issue with this state of mind.
Worry may have positive intentions but sometimes when habitual or out of control dramatically negative results for everyone involved.
The contemporary scientists of the mind label the results of preoccupation with worry a symptom of “anxiety, which is fear” often leading to depression. According to science worry creates and can be caused by chemicals in our brain, a double edged sword. But even if is a chemical the feeling is real. Medication is often given to help.
These chemicals in our brain can sometimes cause the feeling of anxiety to “snowball” into a “Panic Attack.” Worry can over time even ruin physical health. Uncontrolled worry can possibly destroy relationships and careers. At the very worst the hopeless feeling can lead to suicide attempts caused by the depression of unresolved concerns.
People believing in a “Spirit Realm” know repetition of any words or thoughts is a “Call,” for an outcome that will be granted by our generous universe. Thoughts or words repeated and repeated, even unintentionally are presented as a request to be granted by the constant call binding one to the negativity. Even if you don’t think whistling has any power, just do it long enough and the dogs will come… known as the “Law of Attraction” in Popular Psychology, Self Development and spiritually. “We get what we ask for,” is an old axiom.
A constant worry actually shapes the creation of our personal reality. “In the beginning there was the word,” and all we create starts with the formation of ideas taking shape as thoughts and then images in our mind eventually becoming events.
Just as the Bible says “We are to pray unceasing;” we do that unintended because our life is actually a living prayer being asked and answered with every breath. Repeated thoughts and words of worry are heard by our generous universe as an unceasing negative prayer bringing anxiety, depression and fear and results, also bad luck. “As we think and as we say is how unfolds this very day.”
We create the world we live in. That is all Karma is… a predisposition in our thinking and what we choose to believe, and that is what is unfolds.
Worrying about ourselves or another person puts a cloud of negativity over life with an unintended prayer of worry visualizing bad things possibly happening. Instead of worrying about someone or ourselves, visualize success and focus on feeling the relief all will share when any concern is resolved. See all receiving blessings and feel in you imagination the relief all will feel when concern disappears. This will bring joy into your life just using your imagination knowing you have done something good and loving for all.
“Concern without a plan is worry.” Therefore the best way to deal with a worry is to confront it with a plan to resolve the concern. Any plan will work to eliminate a worry. Any plan puts “A light at the end of the tunnel” and creates hope and moves things in the right direction.
Just having any a plan creates hope. Focusing on the feeling of hope with your imagination experiencing the feeling of imagined relief and joy as hope loosens the painful bond of worry is the next step in getting control of your life. First imagine any plan working and imagine the relief you will feel when the worry is past.
The following step is most important: focus on the desired feeling of a positive outcome moving beyond hope. Let the Universe provide the final shaping of the plan in its own perfection and just imagine the feeling the happiness of the outcome and the desired feeling it brings. You may desire joy but you may desire the feeling of peace and security. Imagine the feeling you desire.
Let the Universe provide the final solution without trying to control the details of the outcome. “What we see is what we get” … see and imagine your desired feeling warm within your once troubled heart as what you ultimately get... relief, even joy. This is the final result and let the universe refine or reshape your plan and give the all powerful universe the final control just focusing in your imagination the feeling you want.
Worry out of control can be a blessing leading to the desire for union with a higher power. Begging for a plan, a solution, and for divine intervention to relieve a crisis can put a life on a higher level. People have said “They got religion” when lost in worry and fear. This can lead to fruitful prayers and feeling the prayers bringing hope.
Worry can motivate constructive action causing dams built to control floods and many other impressive acts like saving money for a rainy day.
Worry can help shape our world into a serine paradise. Worry can be a blessing when addressed with a plan and love, enriching our lives and “Love casts out fear,” helping to alleviate worry. Perusing a solution to a problem as an act of love for others is dedication of our resolution. Making a dedicated plan is a resolution that can eliminate another person’s worry when we make a promise to help remove their worry we might be causing them.
Worry is a two edged sword that can ruin or serve our life. Mastery is in planning, hope and trusting the Universe while using our power of imagination to feel the desired feelings of resolution even before they inevitably become real actually making them become real.
Worry can exhaust a person and ruin lives. These simple steps are worth listening to many times until the mastery is accomplished and your life belongs to you.
In the Bible Proverbs says: “A person who can control their emotions is more powerful than a general that takes a city in battle.” Be powerful by focusing on the desired final feeling not the worry.

Your servant always
Life is a living prayer being asked and answered with every breath.
As we think and as we say is how unfolds the coming day.
Everything we think say and do as a prayer that is answered.
Everything we feel and has unfolded in the experience of our life is a direct message from God in the ongoing conversation where our free will shapes our life.
It is necessary we express ourselves and live a life demonstrating assurance of abundant blessings and peaceful protection. Our Creator is loving and generous, we do not need to beg but we should always be offering praise and thanksgiving for everything that comes into our life. Thank God for delivering what we want before it even manifests; praise God for the blessings even before they unfold.
Our life is a devotional activity in all we think, say and do. ”As we say and as we do will return hundred times to you.” The Bible says in Proverbs kindness and goodness is more spiritual than any ritual. That reality disavows the power of all magic and religion. Simple goodness and compassion are the highest quality of character. It’s the path of the wise journey of saints.
Traditional prayer works. So make frequent use of that as well. Tell God we are grateful for the blessings that are being sent regarding what we want. In Psalms, it says “The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want.” Be bold in prayer to God; it says to make a joyful noise in the Lord’s. Simple quiet words of prayer work. But, also making use of every art form of beauty and expressing gratitude to God for abundant blessings brings bliss. Make every pleasure and satisfaction in life a joyous celebration of our loving God’s gifts.
For me the creative act is a spiritual experience. I really get into my painting when I just let the spirit in the painting take over. I sing, pray aloud, chant mantras and incantations while I work with the paint and canvas to "Court the Muse"
Inspiration is Divine and goes beyond imagination. Imagination has a result in mind. Inspiration is "In" "spire" and we let the spirit "In" to guide our work. We let the Muse and the spirit of creativity move through us with very little thought or planing, even in choosing the colors is spontaneous... in Zen it is called the "Controlled Accident"
I always let the accidents happen and guided by the the Muse incorporate them into my motif of circles because that is what I see in my visions I paint my visions as a spontaneous spiritual expression and capture images of my visions.
I have a healing experience arising from the creative act because it sets free any tension or worry I might have because I am rapt away in this mystical experience of bliss. I am happy when I paint in an elevated state because I don't plan for a result I just "Go with the flow" letting the spirits of creativity and my Muse take over encouraging and guiding me in creating my works of art.
I call them Spirit Paintings because I capture a moment in my ephemeral visions when spirits visit me in meditation. They are multicolored and more vibrantly radiant than anything I have ever seen in my life. They are often accompanied by something much like music but richer and more emotional. Some times the talk. Often they seem to whisper in my ear or tell me things when doing readings. It is things just poping into my head I did not know and am lead to say.
Creativity is as close to the Divine as most of us are allowed. Let the "Spirit move you" in things you are doing. Many great scientists and inventors had their creations come to them in dreams. Let your imagination be a stepping stone into the "Creative Accident" where you let your work become spontaneous. When we allow serendipity to move us anything is possible.
