When you consider the words, “I AM,” you must follow with words very confident and positive about yourself.
Be passionate about yourself. Humility will not change your life much. Confident aspiration vitalizes your life and brings blessings. Aspire to your greatest fulfillment with your words and thoughts even if a seeming it a daydream. Even our daydreams are a prayer likely answered.

This is not just a poetic statement, but spiritual truth expressed in all the world’s great traditions, including Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism plus all the other beliefs I have explored over my many years. So, heed this closely! “This Way” are scientific facts too as we tend to become what we describe as ourselves or the life we are living.
THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
You create yourself and your world with what you say and think
What you think and say is even more important than what you actually do day to day. Just doing good things won’t change your life. Taking control of your thoughts and words is the most critical step for putting into action what’s needed to be what you want, have experiences you desire, and have what you want in your life.
WORDS TO USE OFTEN
USING THE RIGHT WORDS WILL SHAPE YOUR LIFE AND WORLD
The most positive words are “I DO,” and required in TRUE HOLY LOVE ritually as a promise to God and our beloved. It is an admission and affirmation of a committed unrelenting action. It speaks of work and focus of an ongoing unstinted eternal state of being.
“I DO,” is working proud and committed to productive action. The joy of active commitment creates the feel-good hormones. Don’t say, “I will,” say “I DO!”
Action most easily happens saying “I DO” even BEFORE making the first tentative steps. With action, commitment is affirmed. “I DO” is a summation of infinite energy, power; placing it as eternal and with no measure. “I DO,” is a force and also a reflection on itself describing itself. No past and all future balanced in the eternal present as an affirmative reality.
“IT IS,” releases the feel-good hormones creating the joy of a job done and results present. Say, “It Is,” even if just thinking of starting.
“IT IS,” sounds a cheer of abundant blessings.
“IT IS” calls into being whatever we want. “IT IS,” creates a total prayer and affirmation for anything we call on Creation to bless us with.
“IT IS” manifests all things and states of being. Our Creator blesses this affirmation more substantially than we can describe our desire. “IT IS” expresses completely all necessary in calling for a blessing.
“I AM,” is a living prayer and joy of enduring.
“I AM,” is the summation, the Alpha, and Omega; the state of being vibrant with eternal manifestation. These two words, “I AM” are empowered with the presence of all creation in the weight of a grain of sand. A statement that is a total commitment to eternity.
Using “I AM,” in thought and word reassures an identity being admitted as enduring in the eternal present.
“OK,” is an affirmation that things are going well.
Say and think “I AM DOING THIS,” as we all should be doing something all the time. “I DO,” and “IT IS,” even “OK,” and “IT IS BEING DONE,” are all affirming statements of decisive action.
I AM JOYFUL IT IS HERE, is an affirmative prayer of thanksgiving that is said before we even know what blessings we are about to receive

WORDS TO AVOID
I HOPE, has doubt, not confidence. It is begging and expecting some other source than yourself for a solution.
“MAYBE,” is a self-imposed life robbing curse placed on a state of being a tease in a test of reality. Such words of modesty and restrained, polite expression limit life.
“MAYBE,” reduces any of its associations to a delusion. Modesty is often an arrogant pretention matched with “MAYBE” setting itself apart, anthesis to the certain boldness needed to exist.
Speculative terms like “POSSIBLY” are based in tradition, fear, doubt, false modesty and lack of confidence of Vita.
I WILL, is a promise and even most children know we can't depend on promises.
I CAN, doesn't require accomplishing anything. It is a statement of possibility, not action.
This is the root of poor self-image destructive habits and self-doubt
OBSESSIVE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE THE GREATEST CRIME DONE TO OURSELVES.

Breaking free of any habit is traumatic.
All change, even good change is stressful.
Creating change in your life requires Faith, Courage, and Work and helped with support; a support group. It takes support getting rid of destructive habits and abusive people.
To get rid of negative obsessive thoughts or
habitual negative statements:
“Just say aloud the opposite,”
even in a whisper,
when obsessive thinking comes up. Also, if you think this is a lie, argue with yourself for your best possible life!!! With racing thoughts that are an obsessive negative dialogue, just keep repeating aloud even if a whisper, “I control my thoughts,” until

Distract yourself with a phone call, a chat session or visit someone in the office and your thoughts are under control by managing the issue.
If you are sitting, change what you are doing, get up and move around; do anything physical even something as simple as tending to a plant or straightening up a group of magazines. A bit of busy work out of the norm to create change.
Listen to cheerful music, nothing in a “Minor Key,” which makes music sound sad. Wear Bluetooth earbuds so you can take your cheerful music with you. It is vitalizing

I have good health. But, at 6ft and about 175 pounds, I realized at 60 I did not want to become a Type II Diabetic. It could kill me and make the process a slow nightmare of my blinded body sadly dying numbly piece by piece. The last stages of Diabetes are like slowly rotting away.
I prayed and contemplated, knowing wisdom must be sought.

Being an engineer, I researched. After studying about our bodies metabolism and how it uses our foods… I was convinced exercise is too tough a way to lose weight, though some exercise is good for our health.
Our body is so efficient using food it can go for hours on a small number of calories. It takes a long time to burn off the results of poor eating habits. I am lazy, though I call it being efficient. I don’t like doing any kind of endeavor that is not fun. I Always make it fun though!!!
The biological facts are:
Eating what you need is a necessity not what you can hold or have an urge for.
I decided to limit my portion sizes to nutritional needs and keep eating what I enjoy. I scaled back on drinking a lot of juices. I enjoyed the desserts of fruits prepared in many ways. Air-popped popcorn helped too.

You can avoid any unhealthy urges or habits by saying and thinking it is prevented, obsessive thoughts can be curbed, even some substance abuse and anxiety can be escaped by saying it is.

In about 2 years, I lost about 75 pounds and weigh in now at 6 ft and 200 pounds. Over that time there was no “YOYO,” weight loss and gain; importantly the weight has stayed off.

Don’t even say you can’t control urges.
You can and do limit urges. Holding your breath is an example of controlling a natural urge. Using a toilet and not being incontinent is managing a natural urge.
OVEREATING is just a natural urge.
You can control any habit and urge with what you think and say about it. “This Way” can even “control what you think and say,” by saying, “I control what I think and say!”
Everything that brings joy and pleasure triggers production of several hormones in our body. They are “Feel-Good Hormones in our brains and body. This brings lingering feelings like satisfaction, that warm feeling of peace, security, confidence, cheerfulness, patience, increased problem-solving ability, reduced frustration, spurs creativity, makes our memory sharper, and can eliminate feelings of sadness from depression as well as helping people in grief and dispelling worry. Also, some are less prone to give in to substance abuse, and the grip of addictions. They quiet obsessive thoughts that plague some minds with self-doubt, poor self-regard and helping to have a healthy self-image and feelings of personal worth. The hormones stimulate the autoimmune system making us more robust and less susceptible to seasonal allergies, also the ability to withstand stress and pressure in our lives including more stamina. They will reduce blood pressure as well.
WE NEED A WIDE VARIETY OF PLEASURES TO BE HEALTHY AND WELL ROUNDED
The levels of pleasure have a wide range from feeling the overwhelming Blissful pleasure of a religious experience, union with the Divine, to the simple satisfaction of finding our misplaced glasses. Feel-good hormones in our brain amplify the experience of enjoyment of the pleasurable event and sustain the lingering benefits we can carry over to our responsibilities and activities of personal and professional lives being happy and more productive.
Eating is a pleasure creating feel-good hormones and to stop eating when there is more pleasurable food within reach even seems a little odd like self-punishment.
THE PRIMARY URGE IN NATURE
After your proper meal, you typically need even more pleasure to stop eating and wind down. It is traditional and an essential part of our culture for an even bigger shot of fun to end a meal, a “sugar high” with desserts, brandy, and aperitifs.
The end of the traditional meal ends with a crescendo of pleasure as is true in much of our heritage. A swelling of sound at the finale ending a symphony or opera, also the grand explosion of light and sound at the end of a big fireworks display. Performers of every type save the best for last. The Grand Finale.
In having a good time, and enjoying yourself, the effect of the feel-good hormones will linger after the fun is over, so it is a continuing pleasure we can take into other activities subsequently.
TO NOT CHOOSE MORE FOOD OR SOME DESTRUCTIVE HABIT IN THINKING OR ACTING
ANOTHER PLEASURE IS NEEDED TO CHANGE OUR BEHAVIOR
I am not walking away, but this following part is all personal and unique to you. You must shape it not me. I only offer suggestions. You enjoy what you enjoy. Your pleasures and fun are your own. Each can be unique.
TO CONTROL THE URGE FOR MORE FOOD OR “ANY HABIT” EVEN SOME SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS, PLEASURE IS THE WAY.
A “PERSONAL VICE” is the most potent choice for real satisfaction. There are laws, but there is discretion. This will really get your mind off food, or obsessive thoughts with a flood of various hormones and they help dispel any pain the vice may entail as well.
Any “PERSONAL PLEASURE” is another choice. Feel-good hormones are created by doing anything you enjoy. We are all unique, and there are many options.
After eating, indulge yourself with FUN and JOY. This creates more satisfaction than just eating more.
FUN that involves other people is best because happiness creates happiness in the synergy of even two or a small group and the pleasure escalates.
Have a spontaneous little party and dance which produces the hormones too when it is fun; a JOY. Indulge in a number of pleasures.
JOY CREATES MORE PLEASURE THAN JUST EATING MORE AND CAN REPLACE A HABIT IN THINKING AND ACTING. IT CAN ALSO BE BROUGHT TO OTHER ACTIVITIES MAKING THEM MORE PLEASANT AND PRODUCTIVE EVEN WORK
I LOVE CREATIVELY WORKING AFTER ENJOYING MYSELF
Feel-good hormones are created when expressing and experiencing Joy. Pure Joy is a holy spiritual state creating the feel-good hormones and is a display of thankfulness. “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord; come into the gates with thanksgiving and into the courtyards with praise!”
Act happy until you are happy and share the charade. Expressing happiness and faking it also creates the feel-good hormones and helps keep you healthy. Fake it till you make it. Even faking laughter and smiles creates the hormones in you and those who share it too. All this is a scientific fact.
Joy is a simple spiritual display of gratitude
Laughter is contagious. Happiness is infectious! A good conversation is a pleasure with laughter and human warmth. Praise does it also in complimenting others and you both are affected. Giving OR receiving even a modest gift will work, a pretty flower or a nice pebble.
Playing with your beloved pet or singing and playing music causes these feel-good hormones to surge. Doing anything, you enjoy works. A fun game after eating, any fun activity, especially with others. The Europeans used to go for a stroll after a meal and talk as they walked.
Personal pleasures replace the self-indulgent craving to overeat or other destructive habits like giving in to obsessive thoughts and some addictions. Many things are more fun than overeating or substance abuse which often puts one to sleep or too incapacitated to share any joy. .
YOU ALREADY HAVE PLEASURES
“Personal Pleasure” is already a part of your life; you can MANAGE your URGE for food with anything you enjoy. Instead of another bite. PLAY! HAVE FUN! REPLACE FOOD or any bad habit with another safe pleasure, and It works! Any cause of joy creates feel-good hormones. You are in control!
“This Way” can be used effectively with ANY OTHER Weight Loss System, or rehab program preventing failure. “This Way” can help control any troublesome habits like some addictions, alcohol, and including the extreme of self- mutilation or simple urges like compulsive shopping, behavior like obsessive thoughts or moodiness.

BRINGS ME FULFILLING JOY THAT LINGERS BETTER THAN MORE FOOD OR SOME DISTRUCTIVE HABIT. IT MAKES WHATEVER I DO NEXT ALSO A MORE PRODUCTIVE PLEASURE GIVING ALL I DO WITH MY ARTS MORE DEPTH AND EVEN INSPIRATION.
A HORROR HAPPENED
A more sedentary and younger neighbor lost a leg because of poor circulation. That scared me because I had noticed my feet and ankles swell when I spend long hours sitting with the computers where I enjoy being creative.
I researched as a diligent engineer and of course, found exercise is the remedy. Swimming, walking, skating, some dancing, bicycling, and some gym programs are best of the NO IMPACT choices that will not damage your joints and harm your body.
I let My Angels find a solution.
A Rebounder is what I was led to. It’s an inexpensive little trampoline about a yard across. It is available with an attached waist high support handle as part of it to steady anyone concerned about their balance. It is “no impact” since you don’t need to bounce above its springy surface. Your feet and body always have support. You don’t ruin your joints and bones like running and jogging. $35 from Amazon
On the rebounder, you can get a “burn” like vigorous running and jogging with just a few dozen bounces. In a brief time, you get your heart rate up and are breathing rapid, deep and heavy. You know this is a real exercise. I bounce on the balls of my feet, so I get the burn in the calves of my legs and flex my ankles and burn in my thighs and glutes. It is a quick workout I do routinely because it is so easy, brief, convenient and practical.
I now take a break every hour or half hour with a timer. Whatever I am doing stops and I usually bounce till I get a burn and am winded.
The other thing you will really enjoy about the Re-bounder, it is private and in your home. Having a proper workout with jogging and running there was that tired sweaty trip home.
The Rebounder doesn’t take up much room just pushed into a corner, and no other “Gear” is necessary. There is no need for dressing up in exercise attire or buying expensive special shoes to slow the destruction of your joints and bones as with the high impact of jogging and running. It is even better than brisk walking which also is outside and requires special shoes. I do my rebounder barefooted and in whatever I am wearing. Also, you can use it at night and even if it is raining, too cold outside, or whenever in the mood.
It is an excellent addition to any exercise program.
The rebounder stimulates the “Lymph System”
as no other activity does. Lymph “oozes around” inside our body and does not move like blood moving through veins but between boundaries of the muscles, organs, and bones. Your “Lymph Circulation,” is the keystone of your autoimmune system fighting infection and cancer. This passive system is stimulated to flow with the action of the rebounder allowing healing white cells which are part of the lymph to be more mobile in the body. The lymph system fights infection and disease. We get swollen Lymph Nodes behind our jaws when we have a sore throat. The rebounder or your choice of recreational exercise MAKES PLEASURE HORMONES much better and more than MORE eating. Food at best is a sugar rush from carbs with a crash and a mellow mood from protein. The rebounder is much more stimulating causing the whole body to be energized and feel the pleasure of healthy exercise and a rush of the feel-good-hormones noticeably affecting mood, thoughts, and state of being.
The hormones create a good mood, and a good mood creates the hormones “Which comes first the Chicken or the Egg” I say eat them both! And, the feeling of confidence and pleasure lingers for quite a while.
Getting in a good mood with feel-good hormones sustains itself with a state of satisfaction with whatever you are doing. Enjoy the fact such a fun, brief, natural activity as exercise can create a good mood better than just medication. And this good mood you can take with you into whatever other activity is being done next. I get my pleasure hormones about 5 or 6 times a day, and the pleasure hormones slowly ebb later while I am happy and clever on the computers or painting.
Exercise creates the feel-good hormones better than food
Exercise can be terrific fun, and that is why children are usually so happy when they are very active physically playing. They typically don’t want to stop running and chasing at all, it feels so good! Many “Runners” and people who obsessively “work out” get hooked on the hormone “High,” of feeling good and make it their daily focus as an addiction that can control their life.
You should have a variety of ways to get your feel-good hormones to be well adjusted.
The rebounder is just one way, and I think it the cheapest best all-around practical choice fitting in well with any other exercise programs.
Brain chemistry management can be used to help with any mood, obsessive thoughts, anxiety, depression, substance abuse cravings, and even grief. The pleasure hormones cause one to feel better and confident about dealing well with problem-solving and making plans to resolve any actual causes of distress.

EMOTIONS AND EATING
Uncontrolled emotions can be destructive. A habit of eating when upset with obsessive thoughts and worries is calming but is at the root of significant eating problems. You may use eating to comfort yourself as this creates the feel-good hormones and is a natural attempt with mood management. Anything that creates pleasure in life will also work and calm difficult thoughts, emotions, events, and moods.
The reverse is true too. Uncontrolled obsessive thoughts can cause one not to eat and starve themselves, but there is no joy or pleasure with this course of action. But, simple pleasures can help distract the obsessive thoughts. This issue requires professional help because people can die.
Many people have Service Dogs to calm and help them feel good and manage their moods even in public. It creates feel-good hormones having a pet and is recommended as medical treatment to stabilize moods like medications.
It is no mistake that many problem foods are called “Comfort Foods.” These Comfort Foods are high calorie usually carbohydrates and starches. It all turns to sugar which creates the feel-good hormones. Using food for comforting yourself is dangerous in many ways.
Emotional eating can become a habit ruining health and causing not seeking other sources of “Comfort” that are readily available and more healthy, joyful, and satisfying than food.
Many people with a weight and an eating problem often need emotional comforting and chase that rainbow with the comforting, feel-good hormones of overeating comfort foods rather than having vitalizing relationships.
A SUPPORT SYSTEM IS THE FIRST BEST RESOURCE WITH PERSONAL ISSUES
The most critical resource for proper long-term mental and emotional health is a vitalizing Support System of at least five people. They can be professionals that serve, also friends and family. They can share with a person face to face, on the phone or “Chat” on the internet will work too!! They don’t even need to know each other; just their being responsible.
Be choosy about your support system only allowing in people who accept what is positive in your life encouraging and empowering your unique strengths, goals, and especially supporting your risk to change, grow and not dwelling on personalities but possibilities.
Choose healthy positive people who share praise, hugs, and productive self-regard creating feel-good hormones with joy in their company. Choose responsible people.
Be careful, even the tone of voice people use is a crucial issue. Babies and animals react entirely to the tone of voice. A critical, scolding and harsh tone can break your spirit even if the words are supposedly constructive. It is often more important how things are said than what is said.
Also, negative, critical statements even if they are right can rob confidence to act, grow, and change. Be choosy about your friendships and supporters; your lifestyle can depend on these people ACCENTING WHAT ARE POSITIVE STRENGTHS IN YOUR NATURE!!!
“What you say and think of yourself you become and what others say is crucial.
Some people use truth as a weapon to hurt and control others and can block change and growth in your life. You must be able to move beyond the truth of your IMPERFECT self into the experience of you becoming your aspiration which may be no more tangible than a daydream. A real support system will encourage that dream goal and help you make it happen by accenting your strengths.
Aspire to manage all urges and share joy.
Having negative people in your life is a tragedy. They leave you a victim; in a state of needy despair.
Wanting a feel-good personal involvement can lead into pleasure as a substitute for emotional needs being met.
Unmet emotional needs can lead to self-doubt and being abused, possibly substance abuse, or escaping into an inappropriate group that offers support, and joy, but with exploitation.
This is why it is so important to have at least five people in your support system, so there is no dependence on any one person. Professionals like a therapist, minister, or whatever, friends, and family. Phone and Chat work too!

With an abusive person, any need they meet can create the pleasure of feel-good hormones, and unhealthy people may use that to control you.
What is done irresponsibly in the name of love and your desire for love and affection can ruin your life if your vital God-Given Free Will is compromised.
Healthy love will make you strong, vital, independent, and joyful; creating feel-good hormones.
Any relationship that is controlling and critical with domination or neediness is not healthy. Real love is invigorating and vitalizing. Using love to justify being a source of worry, critical abuse, manipulation, and control is to be avoided. Your God Given Free Will is being compromised.
Don’t let your emotions allow vulnerability. Use the involvement and insight of your support group. They can keep you safe by having several people, all helping by being objective and supportive with their commitment to your best interests.
Worry is a horrible fear filled emotion. Even if only creating a dark mood worry is hard to live with. Spiritually worry is a negative prayer. It is of misshapen life with active fear; visualizing fearful events happening. Dire harm may be expected happening to oneself or others. It is actually a curse empowered by visualizing images of risk people are caught in. Dangerous situations of horror, pain, destruction, even death. The person holding on to the fear may claim the worry is because of love and concern.
Worry is usually rooted in an overactive imagination and a foul mood causing anxiety; having poor health or being under exhausting stress. The negativity can bring bad luck to all involved. Worry can ruin people and families and communities. It can kill. Fear is dangerous.
What you visualize does often take shape.
Joy brings good luck.
WORRY AND ITS FEARS CAN BRING
Worry can make one physically ill, and worry can be eliminated. The fear in worry is overcome with any plan offering any solution to the concern. Any plan will work because plans always change because conditions involving people always change. A plan’s result should be seen as removing the fear with a solution and having a joyful outcome. Just turn it all around with any plan and see joy as the outcome for you or others.
Worry doesn’t offer a solution only fear. The fear is like a dead end tunnel with only darkness. Any plan is an opening of the dead end allowing in the outdoor sunlight. It is not just fearful darkness now because there is the guiding light from outside the end of the tunnel… the solution, a way out that is seen and used to be free of confinement in the darkness of fear. Any plan is liberation into joy.
Turning the situation over to our Creator and visualizing the light at the end of the tunnel creates a feeling of relief. Embracing joy in a solution produces feel-good hormones and we envision happiness of the guiding light leading out into the pure sunlight. Banish worry… any plan and any solution are an escape and liberation from fear.
Getting angry, feeling threatened, or surprised can trigger the release of adrenalin. For some, the release of adrenalin just happens because of improper body chemistry and is a medical condition causing Anxiety and in the extreme a Panic Attack.
Anxiety is a chemical condition and is treated often with medication. This can take the edge off but sometimes still leaving residual symptoms of some distress. The person can be left feeling angry, easily irritated or experiencing the feeling of restlessness quite possibly fear. They feel upset or threatened by others and by minor things, but that is not the source of the real mood it is their bodies out of control hormones.
Understanding the actual cause of anxiety can help overcome the uncomfortable feelings. Medication should be used since it is a chemical problem; a chemical solution will work with the proper balance which can be frustrating and elusive to find sometimes.
The residual feelings of anxiety can be reduced or eliminated with Mindfulness and Meditation and the Deep Breathing Exercise. Stand with your feet firmly shoulder width apart and hands on your hips. In about three minutes this will create feel-good hormones. Laugh even if you fake it as this will create feel-good hormones in your brain. The feel-good hormone will alleviate the anxiety. These can be done in public too!!!
Those techniques can calm the often-rushing thoughts, sensitivity, and irritability of disposition. The coping techniques will trigger feel-good hormones helping change the focus from distress and fear to a calmer sensibility and pleasure or at least resilience and ability to cope.
People have anxiety in varying degrees and situations known to trigger it are best avoided. They must avoid stimulants like caffeine and alcohol and stimulating clinical medications. They feel like something terrible is about to happen and can be fearful and mistrusting of others and anxious in unfamiliar surroundings, even angry. The sensitivity can cause one to be reclusive if symptoms are not appropriately managed. It is trial and error getting medication adjusted for a regular lifestyle. It is treatable.
FEAR OR RAGE
Getting angry, feeling threatened, or surprised can trigger the release of adrenalin. With this hormone flow, there is a burst of energy; they will be stronger, uninhibited, and will act quickly without thinking. An Adrenalin flow will often cause one to do foolish or even dangerous things. It is there for protecting your life. The danger feels real. They are ready for a fight or to run away and hide from the seeming danger.
At worst, they can get carried away with that burst of energy and let it become a confrontation. The uncontrolled emotion can take control, and someone gets hurt with thoughtless words, throwing things, threatening or attacking someone. If they don’t get away from the threat even if imagined, even more, adrenaline is triggered. This is how a small event can snowball and escalate into a crisis and dramatic overaction of fear or rage, a real source of anger with or without a cause.
Over reaction can put you in jail or mental institution.
Too much stress in life predisposes to this problem. When we are stressed we are on edge. With poor eating habits, we are exhausted. A panic attack can ruin everything, especially if predisposed we must properly manage ourselves.
The best thing to do with a Panic Attack is taking your meds if you have any and get away from the source triggering a situation. DO NOT DO OR SAY ANYTHING, JUST WALK AWAY for about 30 minutes or more because the effect of the Adrenalin will go away, and you will be in better control of yourself. If possible, take a long shower as this also creates feel-good hormones helping problem-solving and relieving stress. “Chill Out”
A brisk walk to get away from a problem is an excellent healing solution to manage with a vitalizing activity and create feel-good hormones. They are calming and restore their composure as the adrenaline wears off. This is also helping to focus and feel confident and increasing ability for possible problem-solving if any issues developed from fear or anger.
By retreating and getting pleasure hormones from any pleasurable productive activity for half hour, they are in control of themselves.
By retreating they are confident, wise, with the effect of the feel-good hormone. People will trust them instead of fearing and avoiding them. It is all in knowing how to manage predictable symptoms.
No matter the weight loss or rehab program you are using, or just an ordinary person reading this in curiosity you should have many sources of joy; pleasure.
Managing The “feel good hormones” should be part of EVERYONE’S life!!!

There are many medications, herbs, and supplements which can “trigger,” or provide feel-good hormones. Medications, supplements, and herbs should be a subject for your study with your physician because “Mood Management” and its interactions with your body is not a “One Size Fits All” solution.

Pretending a good mood will create it. Faking happiness will create feel-good hormones and help you to feel happy. Acting with emotional composure will cause it. Fake it till you make it is a scientific fact.
